Yes. If the change occurs after shipment of the goods you will need to inform us via email and then return the goods in perfect condition. Returns in Switzerland are free of charge but returns outside Switzerland are at the buyers charge.

In the event you didn’t receive your item and no longer wish to wait for a new delivery we will fully reimburse you.

When we are running low on a particular item it will be indicated on the product information.
We produce limited collections therefore once a scarf is sold out it will not be produced again.

We recommend dry cleaning only.
Take care that your jewelry and accessories do not damage the fabric.
We recommend you keep your scarf gently folded in its original box or hung on a scarf rack.
Authentication
All Mookaite scarfs are limited collections and completely designed and created in-house. All our scarves have a name tag on it and the visual identity of Mookaite is incorporated in the pattern.
